Treatment, bodywork, and injury recovery on the ProWorld campus, steps from the courts. Small issues get handled before they cost your player training days.
You're investing serious hours, energy, and money in your player. Care is how you protect that investment. The players who improve fastest are the ones who rarely have to stop, so we run player care the way the best programs in the world run it: constant checkups and scheduled bodywork, before anything hurts.
Treatment is the backup plan. Prevention is the program. Players who never stop training are the ones who keep improving.
A young athlete's week is already full: school, homework, training, tournaments. The hours on court are precious, and the years when a player improves fastest don't come back. One of the most common mistakes in sports is waiting until something hurts to take care of it. By then there's an injury, sometimes scar tissue, and injuries rarely leave as quickly as they arrive. Every week spent recovering is training time you don't get back. That's why staying healthy isn't a side note here. It's one of the most important skills a player can build.
Even with the best prevention, hard training creates wear. When something does come up, there's a clear path, and it runs steps from the courts.
Small issues stay small. Treated early, players keep training.
Root cause, not symptoms. Movement and posture are assessed, so the problem gets fixed, not just quieted.
Bodywork between hard training days speeds recovery and keeps young bodies moving well as they grow.
On campus means no missed afternoons driving to appointments. Treatment fits inside the training day.
There are two ways to work with the practice. One keeps your player training. The other gets them back when something has already come up. The first one is the one we recommend.
At the top of the game, bodywork is a schedule, not an emergency. Tour players travel with their own physios, and treatment is part of the weekly routine, often the daily one. The rhythm below scales that same idea to your player's training load.
Baseline assessment when you start, then scheduled bodywork and recurring checkups matched to how much your player trains. The more hours on court, the more the body needs.
Your coach or our fitness staff can flag an issue early and point you to the practice, or you can book directly any time, Mon–Fri, on campus.
