The Week

Four days. Four purposes.

Every session is designed around one purpose. Your plan sets how many sessions per month, and you mix any days you want.

Tuesday · Purpose 01

Technical Tuesday

6:00 to 7:30 PM

Ball mastery, passing, and 1v1s. The touches and technique everything else is built on.

Thursday · Purpose 02

Creative Thursday

6:00 to 7:30 PM

Skills, decision-making, and street soccer. Playing with freedom and learning to see the game.

Friday · Purpose 03

Finishing Friday

6:00 to 7:30 PM

Shooting, breakaways, and finishing games. Composure in front of goal, every single Friday.

Saturday · Purpose 04

Game Ready Saturday

9:30 to 11:00 AM

Possession, small-sided games, and match play. Where the whole week's work shows up.

FlexibleMix any days. A 4-session plan can be four Tuesdays, or one of each. The schedule bends around your family, the purpose of each session never changes.
The Ball Masters Curriculum

Trained the European way.

The program runs on the Ball Masters curriculum, rooted in the European style of possession soccer. Players learn to think quickly on the field, anticipate the play, and become more effective in every phase of the game.

01

Possession First

Keep the ball, move the ball, want the ball. Quick thinking and anticipation over chasing the game.

02

Every Level

Beginners build fundamentals, agility, and understanding. Advanced players sharpen ball handling, speed of play, and game IQ.

03

Small Groups

Real individualized attention and a high volume of touches, with fitness woven into every session.

The ProWorld Method

More than soccer practice.

Every athlete on this campus trains on the ProWorld Method: three connected pillars, planned together for each player by coaches who talk to each other. On the turf, it looks like this.

01
Pillar 01

Technical & Tactical

Ball mastery, decision-making, and game understanding, coached session by session across the week.

02
Pillar 02

Athletic Fitness

Woven directly into training: speed, agility, and coordination for the demands of the game.

03
Pillar 03

Mental Performance

Confidence, composure, and competing free, built into how coaches teach every session.

IncludedFrom the 8-session plan up, families get a monthly feedback call on their player's development. You always know where your player stands.
