The engine behind
every player.

Already Inside Every Program

Where athletes
are built.

For us, fitness is just as important as the sport. Tennis, soccer, whichever your player plays, our fitness program builds the athlete underneath the player, inside every plan from the first week. Here's what that looks like, program by program.

Full Time

Paired with tennis

Morning tennis blocks pair directly with daily fitness sessions, planned into each player's week by their Dedicated Coach.

Afterschool

Every single day

Tennis 4:00 to 6:00, then fitness 6:00 to 6:30, included every day. Not an option, part of the program.

U10 Pathway

Physical literacy

Coordination, agility, and movement built through play from the very first stages, so athletes grow up moving right.

Soccer

Woven into the turf

Speed and athletic movement trained inside every session on the turf, matched to the demands of the game.

The ProWorld Method

Athletic Fitness is one of the three connected pillars of the ProWorld Method, planned with tennis and mental performance by coaches who talk to each other, and measured in every player's quarterly individual assessment. Explore the ProWorld Method ›

Go One-on-One

One coach.
One athlete.

One-on-one athletic development with the fitness team, programmed off your player's own testing. Book it on top of any program, or come from outside the academy just for this. This gym has room for you.

Speed & agility

First step, change of direction, and footwork that transfers straight to the court and the turf.

Strength & power

Age-appropriate strength work that builds real power without shortcuts, from juniors to pros.

Endurance

The conditioning to compete as hard in the third set as the first, built the right way for each age.

Mobility & flexibility

Range of motion and movement mechanics, so athletes move well before they move fast.

Balance & coordination

Body control, reaction, and rhythm: the skill side of athleticism most programs skip.

Injury resilience

The unglamorous work that keeps players training: stability, durability, and smart loading.
