WHAT AGES DOES PROWORLD SERVE?

+
From age 2 in our Tots program all the way through professional players. Every stage of the pathway, from U10 to Pro, is built on the same team and the same ProWorld Method, so a player never has to change academies as they grow.

CAN WE TRY BEFORE ENROLLING?

+
You are more than welcome to come try it out. Come see the facility, meet the coaches, do a tryout session on court, or observe a full training day. Call or WhatsApp (561) 403-0008 and we will set it up.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

+
Pricing varies by program, age, days per week, and commitment level. Because every player's plan is individual, we prepare a quote for your specific situation. Call (561) 403-0008 or use the contact form and we will walk you through the options.

WHAT IS THE PROWORLD METHOD?

+
Everything starts with an individual assessment of your player. From there, three interconnected pillars work together: Technical and Tactical, Athletic Fitness, and Mental Performance. Your Dedicated Coach oversees all of it, so your player follows one connected plan, not three separate programs.

DOES MY CHILD NEED EXPERIENCE TO START?

+
No. We assess where your player is today and build from there. Complete beginners and nationally ranked juniors both start the same way: with an individual assessment.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL AFTERSCHOOL DAY LOOK LIKE?

+
Tennis training after the school day, with fitness included every day as part of the program. Match play and tournament opportunities are built into the schedule, and your Dedicated Coach tracks progress over time.

IS FITNESS EXTRA?

+
No. Fitness is included in every ProWorld program. One-on-one fitness is available as an add-on for players who want extra individual work.

HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK SHOULD MY CHILD TRAIN?

+
It depends on their age, goals, and schedule, which is exactly what the assessment tells us. Many families start at two or three days and build from there. We will recommend a load that fits your player.

MY CHILD PLAYS ANOTHER SPORT TOO. IS THAT A PROBLEM?

+
Not at all. We believe in complete athletes. We coordinate training loads so tennis fits alongside other sports, especially at younger ages.

MY CHILD IS 4. ISN'T THAT TOO YOUNG?

+
Our U10 pathway starts at age 2 with Tots. At this age it is about movement, coordination, and loving the game. The equipment, courts, and balls are scaled to the child, following long-term athletic development science.

DO WE NEED OUR OWN RACQUET FOR THE FIRST VISIT?

+
No. We provide an age-appropriate racquet on court. Once enrolled, we help you choose the right one for your child's size and stage.

HOW DO I KNOW MY CHILD IS PROGRESSING?

+
Individual assessments from the very start. You will always know what stage your child is at, what they are working on, and what comes next on the pathway.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AFTERSCHOOL AND FULL TIME?

+
Volume and competitive load, not quality. Both run on the ProWorld Method. Full Time athletes train morning and afternoon, compete year-round, and follow a structured path toward college tennis or the pro tour.

WE ARE CONSIDERING RELOCATING TO FLORIDA. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

+
Many of our Full Time families have done exactly that, from across the US and internationally. Contact us at (561) 403-0008 and we will walk you through enrollment, schooling options, and a transition timeline for your player.

WHAT ABOUT SCHOOL FOR FULL TIME PLAYERS?

+
Full Time athletes balance academics with training through flexible schooling arrangements. Ask us during your visit and we will explain the options families use.

CAN PROWORLD HELP WITH COLLEGE PLACEMENT?

+
Yes. College preparation is part of the pathway for older High Performance athletes, including year-round competitive play to build results and exposure.

HOW DOES COMPETITION WORK?

+
ProWorld hosts UTR tournaments on campus, so players compete where they train, with their coaches involved. Competitive players also travel to sanctioned events as part of their individual plan.

IS PROWORLD ONLY FOR KIDS?

+
No. We have programs for adult players who want real coaching, from returning players to competitive adults. Same coaches, same facility, adjusted to your goals and schedule.

I HAVEN'T PLAYED IN 20 YEARS. WHERE DO I START?

+
Come try it out. We will assess where your game is and put you in the right group. There is no level too rusty to restart.

HOW ARE YOUR CAMPS DIFFERENT FROM A REGULAR CAMP?

+
Camp weeks at ProWorld run on the same coaches, same facility, and same ProWorld Method as the academy year. It is a real training week with the fun of camp built in.

CAN NON-MEMBERS JOIN CAMPS?

+
Yes. Camps are open to everyone and are a great way to experience the academy. Many of our year-round families started with a camp week.

HOW DO WE REGISTER FOR A CAMP?

+
Contact us at (561) 403-0008 or through the contact form and we will confirm dates, availability, and rates for your player.

HOW IS THE SOCCER PROGRAM STRUCTURED?

+
Small-group, possession-based training on our turf fields, with each training day built around a specific purpose. It runs on the same academy principles: individual attention, athletic development, and mental performance.

CAN MY CHILD DO BOTH TENNIS AND SOCCER?

+
Yes, and at younger ages we actively encourage multi-sport athletes. We coordinate the schedule so both work together.

WHAT ADD-ONS ARE AVAILABLE?

+
Private Tennis Lessons, Individual Fitness, Mental Performance 1-on-1s, Nutrition, and Physio and Sports Medicine. All coordinated by your Dedicated Coach so everything connects to your player's plan.

WHAT DOES MENTAL PERFORMANCE ACTUALLY MEAN?

+
Focus, competitive mindset, handling pressure, and confidence, coached as a real discipline by our Mental Performance team. It is part of every program, with 1-on-1 sessions available for players who want to go deeper.

DO YOU HAVE SPORTS MEDICINE ON CAMPUS?

+
Yes. Elite Ortho-Therapy and Sports Medicine operates on campus, led by Dr. Greg Donadio, who has treated UFC, NFL, and Olympic athletes. Treatment, recovery, and injury prevention without leaving the facility.

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION GUIDANCE?

+
Yes. Nutrition coaching is available as an add-on, coordinated with your player's training plan.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

+
651 Egret Circle, Delray Beach, FL 33444. Minutes from I-95, serving families across Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, and all of South Florida.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN IT RAINS?

+
Florida weather is part of the plan. When courts are unavailable, training moves to fitness, mental performance, and video work, so a rained-out day is never a wasted day.

HOW DO I REACH YOU FASTEST?

+
Call or WhatsApp (561) 403-0008, or use the contact form on any page.
