HIGH PERFORMANCE

High Performance

A fully integrated development system — where tennis, fitness, mental performance, and recovery are connected and managed together under one plan.

Everything connected. One plan.

At most academies, families manage multiple providers, tennis in one location, fitness in another, mental support elsewhere, with little coordination between them. At ProWorld, everything is integrated under one system. One plan. One aligned team. One clear direction. Tennis, fitness, mental performance, competition, and recovery — all managed in one place. Your player trains here, competes here, recovers here, and develops here. There is no need to piece together a program from multiple providers. Every committed monthly player receives a full onboarding assessment, a written player profile, and a 90-day development plan built around what we actually see. The coaching team, fitness staff, and specialist support are all aligned around that plan and adjust it as the player develops. Every month, families receive a written progress review. Every quarter, our movement health specialist screens each player. Every weekend, our players compete in UTR-rated tournaments — right here at ProWorld. No guessing. No fragmented development. Clear direction and consistent progress, from day one.

1

What every committed monthly player receives

This is what separates ProWorld from standard training programs. For all players age 10+ on a monthly commitment of 3 months or more — included as standard, not charged separately.

Onboarding assessment

Tennis evaluation, fitness screening, and physio screen before training begins

Player development profile

Written document summarizing findings, priorities, and starting point

90-day development plan

Prescribed weekly structure and first-phase goals — coach-led, not parent-chosen

Monthly progress review

Written summary sent to family every month — what improved, what’s next

Quarterly physio screen

Movement health and injury prevention with Greg — proactive, not reactive

Aligned coaching team

Tennis, fitness, and specialist support coordinated around one plan

This methodology is not a separate charge. It is how ProWorld works with every committed monthly player. A minimum 3-month commitment is required for the full development process to be meaningful.

A ProWorld exclusive

Weekly competition, built into the program

52weekends per year

Consistent match exposure builds competitive confidence faster than occasional tournament play
Results are used as development data, what to work on next comes directly from match performance
No need to search for external tournaments, the competition pathway is already built in

Choose your training format and frequency

We recommend the right plan after your trial. This is simply a reference — choose frequency and format, and we will guide the rest.

3x / week$980$1,315
5x / week$1,500$2,050
Unlimited$2,500$3,150

Tennis + Fitness is recommended for all competitive 10+ players. Our fitness program is tennis-specific — speed, movement, and strength built directly around what happens on court. Not a generic gym program.

Flexible Sessions — No monthly commitment required

For players with variable schedules, those supplementing training elsewhere, or families who want to experience ProWorld before committing. Quality coaching, without the full development process.

OptionTennis onlyTennis + Fitness
1 session$100$150
10 sessions$900$1,250
Assessment, player profile, development planning, monthly reviews, and specialist coordination are part of the monthly program only. If a player moves from sessions to a monthly commitment, the full methodology begins from that point.

Additional performance support

Introduced when relevant, based on what the coaching team observes. Each recommendation is specific to the player and explained clearly to the family. Nothing is pushed — everything is guided.

Mental Performance Support

$200 / month

Available when recommended

Working with Antonio, players develop the mental skills that define competitive performance — focus, confidence under pressure, emotional control, and consistent match routines. Begins with an individual assessment, followed by biweekly group sessions. This is performance training, not therapy.

Nutrition Support

$100 / month

Available when recommended

Practical, individualized guidance on fueling for training load and competition. Includes an initial nutrition review, recovery recommendations, and a monthly accountability touchpoint. Introduced when training frequency or competition schedule makes it relevant.

Physio & Movement Health

Included quarterly

Included for all monthly players

Greg screens every committed monthly player each quarter as a standard part of the program. The goal is prevention — identifying movement risk early, managing training load, and coordinating with the coaching team before injuries occur. Additional sessions are available by individual booking when needed.

How it works

Monthly Program — The Full Development Process

Our monthly program is designed for players who want more than court time. Every committed monthly player receives a full onboarding assessment, an individualized player profile, a 90-day development plan, and a written progress review every single month. The coaching team, fitness staff, and specialist support are all aligned around one plan per player. This is how we work with serious players — not as a service, but as a system.

Session Packages — Flexible Training Access

For players with travel schedules or variable commitments, session packages offer flexibility to train without a monthly commitment. Sessions can be used throughout the program term. The full development methodology — assessments, player profile, monthly reviews, and specialist coordination — is reserved for committed monthly players.

Performance Support — When It Makes Sense

Beyond core training, committed players have access to specialist support when recommended by the coaching team. Mental performance sessions with Antonio focus on competition habits, focus, and match routines — not therapy, but performance skills. Physio screening and injury prevention with Greg is built into the quarterly rhythm for all monthly players. Nutrition guidance is available when relevant to training load or competition schedule. These are never random add-ons. They are recommended when we see a specific need, with clear reasoning given to the family.

Getting Started

Every serious 10+ player begins with a short intake process before their first session. We ask a few questions so we can observe the trial with purpose — not just run a generic session. Within 48 hours of the trial, your family receives a written observation note with specific feedback and a clear recommendation tailored to your player. If it is a fit, we schedule the full onboarding assessment and build the plan from there. This program is designed for players age 10 and over who are training on a committed monthly basis and serious about long-term development. If you are not sure whether this is the right fit, the intake conversation will help us figure that out together.

Common questions

What families ask before enrolling

What happens after we submit the intake form?+
One of our team members will reach out to schedule a brief call — usually 10 minutes. We use that conversation to understand your player’s goals, level, and schedule, and to confirm this program is the right fit. From there, we book the trial session. The process is designed to be straightforward and never pushy.
What happens at the trial session?+
The trial is an observed training session. Because we’ve already read the intake form, the coach comes prepared — watching with specific things in mind. Within 48 hours, your family receives a written observation note with specific feedback and a clear recommendation. It is specific to your child, not a generic response.
Do we have to commit to 3 months right away?+
The 3-month minimum is required for the full development methodology — the assessment, player profile, 90-day plan, and monthly reviews. This process only becomes meaningful over time. If you’re not ready to commit monthly, session packages let your player train and experience ProWorld first before deciding.
Is fitness mandatory, or can our child just do tennis?+
Fitness is not mandatory — Tennis Only is a full program option. That said, we recommend Tennis + Fitness for all competitive 10+ players because our fitness program is tennis-specific, not a generic gym class. After the onboarding assessment, we’ll give you an honest recommendation based on what we actually see.
Our child trains somewhere else too. Is that a problem?+
Not necessarily, but it’s worth discussing during the intake call. The ProWorld system works best when we can see the full picture of your player’s training load. If they’re training heavily elsewhere, we need to know so the plan we build accounts for recovery and does not create overload. We will be honest with you about what makes sense.
What exactly is in the monthly progress review?+
Each month, we compile input from your player’s tennis coach, fitness lead, and any active specialist. The summary covers three things: what improved, what we are working on, and what the focus will be next. If there are any flags — injury risk, a physio concern, a mental performance observation — those are included too.
How do the weekly UTR tournaments work?+
UTR-rated tournaments are held every weekend, right here at ProWorld. They are open to all players, but enrolled ProWorld players compete at a discounted rate. Tournament results feed directly into your player’s development plan — the coaching team reviews match data and uses it to adjust training priorities. Consistent weekly competition is one of the strongest advantages ProWorld offers.
Is mental performance support therapy?+
No. Antonio’s work is performance coaching, not therapy. The focus is on skills that directly affect competition — focus between points, emotional control, confidence under pressure, pre-match routines, and training discipline. These skills are trained the same way physical skills are trained. It is recommended when the coaching team identifies a specific need.
Can a player move from session packages to a monthly commitment?+
Yes, and it is a natural path. Some families start with sessions to experience the program before committing. Once they move to a monthly commitment of 3 months or more, the full development methodology begins — starting with the onboarding assessment and player profile.
What makes ProWorld different from other academies in the area?+
Most academies sell training hours. ProWorld manages the athlete’s development. Tennis, fitness, mental performance, physio screening, and competition are all connected under one plan, coordinated by one team. You do not have to piece together multiple providers. Every month you receive a written update. Every quarter your player is screened. Every weekend there is competition on-site. That level of integration is rare in junior tennis.
